- Board & Member Meetings Organization – Preparation and and dissemination of notices, agendas, and all other pertinent documents for such meetings as set forth by the Florida Statutes.
- Enforcement of Governing Documents – Monitor violations of the Governing Documents by owners and communicate with them as well as the oversight committees to ensure consistent and fair interactions and resolutions.
- Architectural Modifications – Handle and process all architectural modification applications as instructed by the board or architectural committee.
- Common Area – Provide regular inspections of common areas to maximize use and enjoyment.
- Vendor Management – Act as liaison for the Board of Directors to ensure hassle free vendor management. Including solicitation of vendor proposals and bids, contract negotiations to the specifications of the Board of Directors and vendor performance monitoring.
- Financial Management and Budgeting- Collection of assessments, Financial Reporting, Budget Preparation, Solicitation of annual audit or review and Payroll services.
